Carlos Pellerano Paradas

A graduate in Law from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), summa cum laude, he also holds a degree in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) and an MBA from Hult International Business School. His academic background combines a strong legal foundation with advanced studies in economics, business administration, and strategy.

With over 30 years of professional experience, he focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), banking and finance, transaction structuring, corporate governance, and estate planning, as well as advising on international business matters in the Dominican Republic and Central America. He has consistently participated in the structuring and execution of complex transactions, as well as in capital raising processes, advising clients across sectors including financial services, telecommunications, energy, and commodities.
