Raquel holds a Law degree from the Universidad Acción Pro Educación y Cultura (UNAPEC).
In the public sector, she served for approximately four years as a Career Public Defender, practicing as a litigator specializing in Criminal Law.
On an academic level, she has completed various diploma programs and courses, including Evidentiary Theory in Criminal Proceedings, Constitutional Law, Oral Litigation, Litigation Techniques in Real Estate Law, and Commercial Arbitration. Furthermore, she is a graduate of the Public Defender Candidate training program developed by the National School of the Judiciary and holds a Master’s degree in Contemporary Criminal and Procedural Law.
