Licensed to practice in Illinois as Attorney and Counselor by the Supreme Court of Illinois. Admitted to the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois; and admitted as Attorney and Counselor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Attorney Quall is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has practiced law in the State of Illinois and in the administrative agencies, District Court and Court of Appeals of the United States since 1983. His practice is concentrated in immigration, real property transactions, employment and civil litigation.
